The Healing Stage
Building a nationwide therapy network without a single clinic
Background e Problem
Ukraine has over 1.8 million veterans. Many carry deep psychological
trauma that no one can see.
RRR
Yet, only 8% actively seek psychological rehabilitation.
The Barrier: in a culture of resilience, asking for therapy still feels like
weakness. The stigma is deadlier than the silence.
Research e Insight
Research revealed that 92% of veterans reject therapy because they
despise being treated as victims. To scale the initiative, we needed a
radical shift. The insight: veterans respond to pride, not pity. They will
actively ignore a clinical "support group," but they will proudly join a
respected cultural event.
Sttalegy e> Idea
We changed our competitive set. Instead of acting like a charity NGO,
we positioned the Theatre of Veterans asa legitimate, highly desir-
able cultural brand. By disguising Narrative Therapy as mainstream
art, we generated immense cultural demand, allowing us to build a de-
centralized mental health infrastructure.

Scalng the system
To meet this massive demand with zero budget, we released an
open-source Playbook. Any regional theater could download the
methodology and instantly transform their stage into an indepen-
dent therapy hub.
