🚨 "SOS POS" | Banco de Crédito BCP (Circus Grey)
📍 Perú 🇵🇪
📱 Problema 1
En Perú se roban más de 4,000 celulares por día. Algo que pasa en toda América latina.
📱📱 Problema 2
Perder el teléfono es complicado, perder el acceso inmediato a todo lo financiero es más grave aún: apps bancarias, billeteras digitales, autenticaciones y cuentas.
😵 Insight
Todos los bancos tienen líneas de emergencia (que nadie tiene a mano y no son muy ágiles, por cierto), pero hay que llamar con el teléfono... el que te robaron.
💡 Idea
Transformar terminales POS de pequeños comercios en puntos de "emergencia bancaria".
⚙️ Ejecución
Después del robo, la víctima entra a un comercio adherido, utiliza el POS, valida su identidad y bloquea sus cuentas inmediatamente.
Sin:
• celular
• app
• llamada
• internet propio
La solución fue diseñada para el peor escenario posible:
pérdida total de acceso digital.
Además, el sistema convierte al pequeño comercio en una red de asistencia urbana distribuida.
Según Grey ya existen más de 17,500 puntos SOS POS activos y el objetivo sería alcanzar 120,000 terminales en 2026.

🧠 La creatividad acá vive en la infraestructura. La terminal, ese aparato transaccional, se convierte en un punto de emergencia urbana. Eso cambia completamente el rol de la marca.
