PROBLEM
Thousands of athletic shoes are designed each year,
but none of them fit the unique foot shape of millions
with Down syndrome. Their foot condition makes
an active, social life difficult. Sports inclusion and
achieving their full potential can feel impossible.
Until now.
SOLUTION
Introducing adidas’ first-ever adaptive performance
shoe inspired by and designed with the Down
syndrome community, breaking down their biggest
barrier to movement and sport: footwear.
IMPACT
This is the first mass-market, globally available,
performance shoe for the Down syndrome community,
making it possible for millions to finally access the
far-reaching benefits of active lives.
